What are the jewels made of?
925 sterling silver, many pieces with a rhodium finish. The product page lists the material under Product information.
How do I choose a ring size?
European size is the inner circumference in millimetres. Between two sizes, pick the larger. See the size guide for the full table.
What does shipping cost, and when does it arrive?
Hungary: 1–2 business days. EU: 2–5. Pickup point HUF 1,490, home delivery HUF 1,990. Checkout always shows the rate for your order.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, on home delivery, with a HUF 589 surcharge. Not available for lockers. You can also pay by card (OTP SimplePay or Stripe) or bank transfer.
Is there a gift box?
Yes. Every jewellery item includes 1 gift box and 1 polishing cloth, added automatically.
How do I return a piece?
You may withdraw within 14 days of receipt. Write to info@selenajewellery.com and send the piece back. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
Is there a warranty?
925 silver jewellery is covered by statutory warranty. If a piece is faulty, write to us — we will repair or replace it.
